What way to end the last night of Paris Fashion Week then to have a party hosted by Carine Roitfeld. Carine Roitfeld had a launch party for her CR Fashion Book Issue No.5 Inspired By Carine. All the who's who's was there, from supermodels, singers, designers, and a ton of celebrities. They came out to show her some love and support. Paris Hilton was the DJ and she had the party going.
